SPOOKTACULAR: Well done to everyone involved in the organization of the most successful Spooktacular held in Curraghchase last Saturday evening. The venue, and the props were spot on and the actors were in the Oscar winning league. We understand that the feedback from the visitors was very positive and this is very encouraging for the future. The amount of work by the committee was Trojan and the cooperation of the local people was most generous and heartwarming. Congratulations to everyone concerned.
KILCORNAN COMMUNITY GAMES: We had a very poor attendance at the Community Games meeting on Monday night last. The decision of the meeting was to try to recruit more people to keep the Games in Kilcornan going. Otherwise we will have to investigate joining with another area. Parents will receive a text message asking if they are interested in getting involved. Please reply by Thursday October 27.
